How do I get a referral link?

The process is really simple. Just pop your email address in the box below and press the ‘Get Started’ button!

You’ll then be asked to provide the email address of the person you want to refer. From there, you can send the referral directly to them. Alternatively, there are options to ‘copy link’, share on Facebook or Facebook Messenger directly underneath the referral box.

Alternatively, you can head over to our dedicated ‘Refer-a-friend’ web page and repeat the same process as above.

Your referral link should be valid for a year after it’s been issued, so there’s plenty of time for the recipient to use it to complete their purchase.

How can I share the link with my friends?

You should be able to share your referral link on any platform you like (so long as it fits with their community guidelines of course). Common ways to share referral links are:

Via email
On Facebook or Facebook Messenger
X (formerly Twitter)
Instagram
Text message
WhatsApp or other messaging services

It might be a good idea to get in touch with the recipient to say hello before sending the link. If you simply send the link with no information, they might think you’re spam!

It really is as simple as just copying and pasting the referral link and pressing send.

Please don’t forget they have to use the referral link

When shopping via your referral link, they’ll be given a unique discount code which will be applied at checkout to receive £10 off their first order. Once the order’s been processed, you’ll be emailed your own code that you can use to activate your own £10 discount.

Just remember, they need to use the special referral link when shopping else it won’t work!

The recipient needs to be a first-time customer

The people using your referral link will need to be customers who haven’t shopped with us before. If an existing customer tries to use your referral link, they won’t be offered £10 off and you won’t receive £10 off!
