Delivery times for specific products can be found on their product pages. Products marked as available for Next Day Delivery will have a range of convenient delivery options, depending on the delivery location. Simply select your country and enter your post code in the checkout to see a list of available delivery options. Place your order before 9pm and receive it as early as 12pm the next day in some areas!

A small portion of larger items may take longer to arrive, these are clearly marked on the product information pages.

Deliveries are managed by carefully selected third party couriers, during a delivery window of 7:30am - 9:00pm Monday to Saturday; no deliveries take place on Sundays or Bank Holidays. Orders placed after 4pm with Economy Delivery will be dispatched from our warehouse the following working day. 3 days will be measured from the dispatch date.

Order before 9pm Sunday to Friday for delivery the Next Day. Orders placed on a Saturday will be dispatched for delivery on Monday.

Next Day deliveries are managed by carefully selected third party couriers, during a delivery window of 7:30am - 9:00pm, unless specified pre-12:00pm, Monday to Saturday; no deliveries take place on Sundays or Bank Holidays.

Next Day Delivery is available to all mainland UK locations. Unfortunately we cannot offer this level of service to Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight or the Scilly Isles.

Available delivery options will be confirmed upon entering your post code at the checkout.

What is meant by Next Working Day?

We and our third party couriers classify working days as Monday to Saturday inclusive. Saturday deliveries are available to domestic addresses, but not business addresses. Saturday delivery services are not available in the areas classed as Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands or Offshore Islands.

In some but not all instances, the recipient will need to sign for an international delivery; this depends on the local carrier and value of the order. We'd advise you assume that someone needs to be in to receive the parcel. International orders are not covered by our 'Leave Safe' policy.

Available 5 days a week from our Shropshire Warehouse at no extra charge

Available for you to collect in 30 minutes after placing your order. Collection available within our opening hours; between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday from our Telford Warehouse. Collection is not available on weekends or Bank Holidays. For details on how to get to us, see here.

'Leave Safe' Policy

Because waiting in all day for a parcel can be very inconvenient.

For your convenience, we have a 'Leave Safe' policy with our courier. This means that if you are not at home when the courier delivers your order, then they will attempt to leave it in a safe place such as in a garage, porch or with a neighbour. You can add specific delivery notes during the checkout.

If the driver is unable to find a safe place, then they will leave a card and take the parcel back to your local service centre. Use the reference number and telephone number on the card to arrange a suitable time for delivery or collection.

Discreet Packaging

All parcels are discreetly packaged in either an unmarked box or an opaque bag. Any postage labels will have reference to Choice Shops Ltd so that you can be totally confident that the nature of the order and parcel is only known by you.

98.7% of our orders are delivered on time. In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive when you expect it, please contact our friendly Customer Service team; who will help to rectify any issues as quickly as possible.

Direct and Heavy Item Delivery

A small number of products are labelled with 'Delivered in 2, 3, 4, 7 Days or 2 Weeks'.

These products are delivered directly from carefully selected manufacturers, charged at £5.99. Some of these items can be heavy and may incur extra delivery charges. This information will be stated on the product page and at the basket/checkout stages.

You will not be provided with tracking information on these items. If your parcel has not arrived within the advertised window, then please contact our Customer Service team on 01952 913112 or through one of the methods detailed here.

Our 'Leave Safe' Policy does not extend to direct or heavy item deliveries.

If your order consists of more than one product with different delivery times, then individual products may be sent out at different times to ensure you get your products as soon as possible. Don't worry, this service is at no extra cost to you!

When you buy products from us, delivery is included in the contract. Under the contract formed, we will deliver the goods to a place specified by you, the customer. This might include your own address, a friend's or a relative's address. Although delivery is included in the contract we will itemise the delivery charge made on your invoice. Our contract is to deliver the goods to you. We offer no guarantees of time, we will not be held liable for any losses or costs incurred due to delay of delivery service.
