About Adult Pull-Up Pants
We stock a range of disposable and washable incontinence pants for both men and women, available in a variety of sizes to suit all body types. Designed to be worn like regular underwear, these products offer discreet and comfortable protection. Suitable for both urinary and faecal incontinence.
How To Use Disposable Incontinence Pants
Disposable incontinence pants are worn like regular pants. Simply step into them like regular underwear and pull them up so they feel snug and comfortable. Make sure the leg cuffs sit flat against the skin to prevent leaks.
Change as soon as they feel wet or heavy, and always before they reach full capacity. Dispose of used incontinence pants by rolling them up, securing with the tabs, placing them in a nappy bag, and putting them in a general waste bin.
Choosing The Right Incontinence Pants
Find Your Size
Measure your waist and hips and check them against the size chart to ensure you’re buying the right size. This is key to preventing leaks and discomfort.
Select Your Absorbency
Find the absorbency best suited to your needs. If you’re unsure, we recommend starting with a higher absorbency than you think you need.
- Light - occasional dribbles or stress leaks
- Moderate - regular daytime leakage
- Heavy - frequent or heavier leakage
- Overnight - maximum protection for extended wear

FAQs About Our Disposable Adult Incontinence Pants
How do adult pull-up pants work?
Adult pull-up pants are put on and worn just like regular underwear. They feature an absorbent core that draws liquid in and away from the skin. They’re designed to lock in moisture and odour to keep you feeling dry and fresh between changes.
How often should you change incontinence pants?
Generally speaking, incontinence pants should be changed every 3-4 hours, or as soon as they feel wet or soiled. However, how often you should change incontinence pants depends on the heaviness of your leaks and the absorbency level you’re using.
How much liquid do incontinence pants hold?
Absorbency varies depending on the product but typically ranges from 750ml to over 2000ml. The amount of liquid a product holds is usually shown on the packaging as a number of "drops" or a maximum absorbency in millilitres.
How do you dispose of incontinence pants?
Dispose of used incontinence pants by removing them, rolling them up, securing with the resealable tape where included, and placing them in a nappy bag before putting them in the general waste.
