Keeping your topper clean is quick and straightforward.

For day-to-day care, wipe the surface with a mild detergent and warm water, then rinse with a clean damp cloth. For a deeper clean, the zipped cover can be removed and machine washed.

We recommend washing at 65°C for at least 10 minutes, or 71°C for a minimum of 3 minutes to ensure effective cleaning. Where possible, line dry or drip dry the cover, or use a low heat setting if tumble drying.

Avoid using bleach, phenol-based cleaners, or harsh chemicals, as these can affect the performance and lifespan of the cover.

Once opened, this item cannot be returned as it is a hygiene product.
