At Incontinence Choice we understand that, when you buy from us, you need reassurance that you can change your mind and get your money back.

To help offer that peace of mind, we have a 30-day return policy so you can live without the pressure to return products immediately. This means you can take your time, and simply follow the guidance below if you decide to return an item.

How to return products – from only £4.49!

Waiting around all day for a collection can be frustrating. That’s why, for your convenience, we are working with the following store returns partners (now including Collect+) so you can drop off your parcel at your leisure:

For parcels up to 10kg in weight*, with maximum dimensions of 60cm x 50cm x 50cm at the exclusive low rate of only £4.49!

*Please check your package weight and dimensions before requesting. Weight is displayed on your original delivery note. Your original order reference or delivery postcode will be required to book.

You are welcome to arrange your own returns outside of these options. To return a health or incontinence product, please enclose the original delivery note stating the reason for return and if you would like an exchange or refund and send it to:

If you have lost your original delivery note don't worry! Just print out and complete our Returns Form and send it with the item to the address shown on the form.

Once your item is received and inspected by our service department, your refund will be automatically processed and issued. Please note that depending on your bank, a refund can take up to 7 working days to show in your account.

Booking a service with Collect+ a contract is formed between yourself the consumer and Collect+ the supplier and is independent of Choice Shops LTD. Choice Shops LTD will not be held liable for any delays, losses or failures of service.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If your items arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us before returning the item(s). We are not able to refund return costs when arranged outside of this process. This must be reported within 7 days of delivery, or within the warranty period should a product develop a fault.

We regret that we cannot accept items for repair and that we do not stock spares for all products.
