Generally as you go through the ranges, the absorbency increases. However, the greater the absorbency the greater the cost. Choose; - Discreet rectangular incontinence insert pads if you have light incontinence - Small shaped incontinence pads which are ergonomically designed for greater protection - Large shaped incontinence pads for even greater protection. Incontinence inserts can fit perfectly in to your own underwear, as they have sticky strips to hold them in place, or for added protection, we would recommend use with No Leak Stretch Pants for additional comfort and reassurance.
